  Was turned away from a book signing because I was told I had to purchase another book from them to be able to see the author. I explained that they had not said that on their event page, and was told that it was miscommunication that it was on there. After going back to the page to review it, it was indeed not on their event page under details that in order to get into the signing you are forced to purchase a another book from them.
  Several people seemed to be turned away when I walked out because they had all brought their own books like I had. The authors books have been out for several months to years so purchasing the same copy didn’t make sense, nor did I have the money.
  
  Not professional and no detail on their event page led to several disappointments.
